Myrtle Beach’s Fall Bike Rally rolled into town this October and once again the place to be is at Suck Bang Blow, the original drive through biker bar. This year’s event got a high octane shot from the new EspreXXO 19/90, a coffee flavored vodka drink. The 90-proof spirit features 19 mg of caffeine added, the most allowed by law.
